GERI and Google Account Access
GERI is a Google Sheets and Google Apps Script-based estimate follow-up system.
When a user authorizes GERI, Google may request permission for GERI to access specific Google services required for its functionality. Depending on the features enabled, this may include permissions necessary to send follow-up emails, create or manage calendar reminders, and operate the automation within the user's Google environment.
GERI uses authorized Google account access only to perform the functions requested by the user.
The Redding Group does not use Google user data obtained through GERI for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
The Redding Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information

Perform actions specifically requested or authorized by users

Communicate about products, services, or inquiries

Review voluntary idea or collaboration submissions

Users remain responsible for the customer, estimate, invoice, business, or other information they enter into The Redding Group products.
For products such as GERI, much of this information remains within the user's own Google account and Google files.
Users should only enter information they are authorized to use and should manage access to their own Google account appropriately.
Data Retention
The Redding Group intends to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where information remains within a user's own Google account, the user generally controls deletion of that information through the applicable Google service.

The Redding Group takes reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No digital system can guarantee absolute security, and users should also take appropriate steps to protect their accounts, devices, passwords, and access permissions.

Idea Submissions and Communications
